Date : 12/10/2019 Place : Senate bhavan, Mysore On the occasion of National conference organized by Aarogya bharathi, we got an opportunity to spread awareness on preventive health care through various departments of Ayurveda. Our department worked on Dinacharya and Ahara ,where we had a chart on Nithya sevaneeya and Varjya aaharas with that we also had separate pluckcards and 22specimens of each of the Dinacharyas. We also made a video demonstrating all the procedures explained Dinacharya adhyaya (A.H.S:2) . We could cover around 13 Dinacharyas with our exhibits we also
