DEPARTMENT OF PG STUDIES IN SWASTHAVRITTA

National Leprosy day was observed in our institution  on 30/01/2020. Department of Swasthavritta in association with NSS unit of GAMC Mysuru organized a guest talk on Leprosy and NLEP by Dr.Puneetha.B   consultant dermatologist Department of Dermatology and STD ,MMCRI Mysuru .

A group dance performance by our PGs representing yogic culture on the occasion of 71 st Republic day at Nalvadi Krishnarajendra wodeyar Auditorium GAMC Mysore..

DATE: 24.01.2020 A visit from the department along with UG and PG students as a part of curriculum was done to Suttur Mutt    of   Mysore district.   Students  witnessed cultural heritage of village fair and also came across the different cultural activities and exhibitions presented there. There were exhibits from JSS Nursing, Dental, Medical and BPT colleges. All the exhibits were highly informative.  Krishi mela made students to see the saplings of Shuka dhyanay, shimbi dhanya , hhaka and trina dhaanyas, also learnt about method of harvesting them.

  Yoga uniform for UGs ,  PGs and Swasthavritta faculties was designed by the department of swasthavritta and it was disclosed by  Dr. Gajanan Hegde, Principal  GAMC Mysuru , on 02/01/2020
