International Yoga Day was observed on 21st June. All faculties, PG students and UG students practiced yoga according to protocol given by Ministry of AYUSH. YOGA AT HOME:

Dr Venkatakrishna K.V. Professor and Head of the Department, Dpt of PG studies in Swasthavritta gave a guest lecture on the topic "YOGA SHUDDI KRIYAS" at online webinar series organized by  Government Ayurveda Medical College, Bengaluru on 19-06-2020.

A national level quiz Competition was organized by BVVS Ayurvedic Medical Collage and Hospital on the occasion of 6th INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY - 2020 on the topic Yoga awareness and Dr. Praveenkumar D Chotegal, Assistant Professor of our department has participated in that.

"MUDRA VIJNANA " the art and science of Mudra, A webinar was organized by Department of PG studies in Swasthavritta on the occasion of 6th International Yoga Day on 18th June 2020 at 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM by Dr. K.RANGARAJ IYENGAR, president of Shree Vikas Vidya Kendra.

Date - 11-06-2020 Dr Venkatakrishna K.V. Professor and Hod, Dpt of PG studies in Swasthavritta delivered a session titled as "Ahara-Arogya-Adhyatma" at 'SUKHAMASTU' online webinar series organized by Amruta School of Ayurveda .

Dr Rekha B. V. Professor, Dept of Swasthavitta gave a lecture at webinar series organized by  KARNATAKA AYURVEDA MEDICAL COLLEGE, MANGALORE on the topic "National health programme and health policy" Date- 7-06-2020   

A webinar series on Patanjali Yoga Sutra by Aditya Krishna M from Mysuru University was held from 4th June to 20th June organised by the PG Department of Swasthavritta as a prerequisite to 6th International Yoga Day.

  A state level quiz Competition was organized by Prakash Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Science  and Research on COVID 19  and Dr. Praveenkumar D Chotegal, Assistant Professor of our department has participated in that.
