1. Camp for Obesity

A camp was conducted by our department for obesity from 1/02/2019 to 28/02/2019
It included a course of yogabasti for 8 days and sarvanga Udwaratana followed by parihara kala and selective yogic technique training .

 The CCARD International Conference 2025 was organized by Cauvery Ayurvedic Hospital , Mysuru, on the theme “Ahara Vihara Arogya Vichara – Intersecting Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, and Sustainable Healthcare.” The conference focused on integrating traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern perspectives on nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and sustainable healthcare practices. First-year postgraduate scholars actively participated in the conference. The event provided an excellent academic platform for learning, knowledge exchange, and interaction with experts from various fields. It enriched the scholars’ understanding of the vital role of Ahara (diet) and Vihara (lifestyle) in promoting holistic health and well-being.
