First-year postgraduate scholars actively participated in the conference. The event provided an excellent academic platform for learning, knowledge exchange, and interaction with experts from various fields. It enriched the scholars’ understanding of the vital role of Ahara (diet) and Vihara (lifestyle) in promoting holistic health and well-being.
