 Prashanthi Ayurvedic Centre presents the 2nd Ayurveda World Summit, which was held - Ayurveda for a Healthy Future 

It was held from 25th December to 28th December 2025 at the Royal Senate and the grand castle, Palace grounds, Bangalore

Organised by Kaje Ayurvedic Charitable Foundation 

The Ayurveda World Summit marked a significant milestone in the global promotion of Ayurveda, bringing together eminent scholars, clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders from across the world. The summit served as a vibrant platform for sharing classical wisdom alongside contemporary research, with insightful deliberations on evidence-based Ayurveda, integrative healthcare, public health applications, and sustainability. Expert lectures, panel discussions, and interactive sessions highlighted the relevance of Ayurvedic principles in addressing modern lifestyle disorders and global health challenges. The 2nd Ayurveda World Summit reinforced Ayurveda’s growing international acceptance and emphasised collaborative efforts to strengthen education, research, and clinical practice for the future of holistic healthcare.

School health camp 2025

 On 24/12/2025 there was school health camp organised by Government Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital Mysuru in association with Arogya Bharati at Government School, kukkerahallikere. The final year PG scholars of Department of Swasthavritta and Yoga participated in the camp. Dr Shanta advised the gathering about importance of health promotion and disease prevention in school going children. Highlight was given to the simpler precautionary measures like dietary modifications, physical activities etc.  About 120 children were screened for the health status. Height and weight were examined to analyse the nutritional status and growth appropriatness to the age. The children requiring medical attention were informed to contact the respective speciality through a medical slip distribution.

YOGA NISCHAYA 12-06-2024

  Department of Swasthavritta and Yoga organized Yoga training session at Central Jail, Mysuru on the occasion of 10 th International Day of Yoga on 12-06-2024 at 7.30AM to 8.30 AM. The program was held under the leadership of Dr. K.S. Radhakrishna Ramarao, Sri. P. Mahadev Nayka, and Dr. Venkatakrishna K.V. PG scholars of Department of Swathavritta and Yoga along with Yoga trainers Ms. Kanchanaganga, Mrs. Prabha Satish graced the event with their Yoga demonstration. Yoga at Central Jail :  A special session of yoga practice was taken up in the jail premises. Yoga aids in building up the positivity of mind , marching towards the aims of life. Regular practice of Yoga brings out a better form of us.  7.30 AM to 8.30 AM Yoga awareness was created at central jail. Prsoners were taught the importance of yoga to maintain physical, mental and emotional health. Yogabhyasa was done to maintain general physical health and mental health.
